Jérôme Martinez headed a pharmaco-economics project for Roussel Uclaf in Tokyo before joining Laboratories Lavipharm as VP of international marketing. He transferred to Princeton, NJ, USA to take up the position of VP global marketing and business development. In 2001, he joined Ethypharm Corp. as senior VP business development and R&D for the USA and Canada.

Philip joined Novagali Pharma in May 2009. Since 2005 he served as Chief Financial Officer at Nautilus Biotech before being appointed CEO in 2008. Previously he was Finance Director at Pfizer PGRD France. He has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry where he held positions of increasing responsibility in controlling and finance. Philip began his career as an auditor and consultant in management systems.

Jean-Sébastien GARRIGUE

After a first experience at Battelle USA, Jean-Sebastien Garrigue joined Novagali in 2001 as one its first employees. Jean-Sebastien held various positions in the R&D group such as formulation and  preclinical project manager during three years. After completion of a MBA at Paris Pantheon Sorbonne University, Jean-Sebastien has been co-heading the Licensing and Business Development group for 4 years before switching back to R&D as Director of Pharmaceutical Research and Development.

Philippe DUPONT

Philippe is a Pharmacist (Faculty of Pharmacy, Paris XI), he joined the company in September 2007 after a 17-year experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Production manager of Opodex lyophilization site then quality assurance manager of dry forms production site at Opodex Industry, he became director of logistics and purchasing for this company of the Medipole group.
In 2007 Philippe joined the executive management team of Novagali as director of industrial development and as interim chief pharmacist.
Philippe is also a graduate from of the Executive MBA ESSEC.

Dr Amrane, was since 2005 medical ophthalmology manager within Pfizer France where he was in charge of products intended to treat glaucoma. He began his career with hospital experience as ophthalmologist. In 1996, at the same time as this activity, he integrated the FDM Pharma company as medical doctor in charge of epidemiological studies and in 1998 was placed in charge of a phase III study. This experience will mark the beginning of eight years of activity in Clinical Research Organization which continued from 1999 with Gecem, where he managed several clinical programs of phases II, III and IV.

Geneviève GARRIGOS

Geneviève began her career as a hospital pharmacist and then she joined L’Oreal from 1984 to 1990 as the export marketing director of its Vichy affiliate. Geneviève then joined the pharmaceutical laboratory Lavipharm as vice president of marketing of its cosmetic business before joining Ethymed in 1999, a subsidiary of the Ethypharm group as director of business development. In 2000, she was named communication director of the group and in 2001 she also assumed the function of human resources director.
