"My role is to establish a true partnership with our CMOs and suppliers through the transfer and manufacturing activities. The fact of meeting key players in the market and to think with them on the best way of improving our manner of working is really rewarding. I really appreciate being evolve in this area of pharmaceutical development, specifically in ophthalmology. I particularly like the challenge, the requirement for rigour and adaptability, the daily enrichment and especially the dialogue with our consultants from whom I learn enormous amounts each day.
